Junior Grand Fianls

Grand finals part 1. This Saturday at Central Coast Stadium our Club is being represented by two fantastic teams in the Juniors Grand finals. They deserve a big crowd, so please all make the effort to get there early to cheer on the young Sharks – gates open at 730am for spectators . Both our grand final teams will be using the players area at the Northern end of the stadium, so when you grab a seat make sure you are near them so the can hear your cheering!
The day commence at 8am with the u11s playing Terrigal Red. Last year they won the first past the post u10s competition and this year they have had two strong victories in the finals to win a place in the big game from 3rd spot on the ladder. Last week in the pouring rain they were exceptional in the quality of their play and they’ll enjoy this weeks dry track even more.
At 9am it is the turn of the u12s against Terrigal. What a great season have already had, minor premiers and then straight through to the grand final with a major semi victory. Two seasons ago their best result had been a draw, last season they made it to the preliminary final and were just beaten by the eventual premiers. The improvement in this squad has been sensational, and like the u11s they have lifted their play in the finals and will be ready for decider.
Presentation ceremonies are held at the back of the stadium after the games.
Immediately after the u12 grand final, our u10s will receive their medals as winners of their first past the post competition. This squad went through the season undefeated, a fantastic result from a great team! The future of the Club is in safe hands with all these young players already looking forward to when they can be playing Grade for the Sharks.
Cheers Boys!!
